payment

▪ Prices are in GBP.▪ Payments accepted through PayPal Invoices only.▪ I accept 50% of the payment upfront. Remaining 50% is due after completion.▪ Prices include commercial rights.

refunds

▪ No chargebacks allowed.▪ You can request a refund if I haven't started working on the commission.▪ You may receive a partial refund after I have started the commission, which will be proportional to the progression done.▪ No refunds available after I have completed the commission.

▪ I have the right to refuse or cancel a commission with an adequate refund to the work done.▪ You must provide me with fully cut artwork or pay an additional fee for having it cut.▪ If using the model, please credit me on your social media/Twitch bio.
▪ You cannot claim my work as your own.▪ You can request updates of the progress at any time, though I plan on streaming my work on Twitch if allowed by the client.▪ I'll be happy to work closely with the client and offer any help necessary with adjustments, as well as setting up the model after completion.

▪ Can I stream/post my rigging progress on social media?

▪ When are your commissions opening again?

The estimated opening time can be found on the home page of my carrd.

▪ Do you have a waitlist?

Generally no.
I offer a waitlist service only in specific situations: for my existing Vtuber kids and for kids of artist I previously worked with and whose work I adore.

▪ How does the commission application process work?

Every 4-6 months I announce opening of my application form, which I keep open for a few weeks. I choose 2 to 5 applicants which I later contact privately to go over the details.

▪ What determines a successful applicant?

When choosing between the commission applications, I usually go for 1 - 2 art + rig requests and 1 - 3 rig only requests.- For art + rig slots I look for interesting designs that will work well with my style.-For rig only commissions, I look at the design and its complexity, as well as the models art.

▪ Will you rig my model?

That depends if it meets my preferences like mentioned in the section above.

▪ How much will it cost?

The total cost of a commission depends on its complexity and amount of extra addons requested. You can calculate an estimated amount by referring to my pricelist.

▪ Do you work on male models?

Yes but very rarely.
I have drawn and rigged a male model before, but I find working on female models more enjoyable.I'm more inclined to work on a male model if I'm in charge of both art and rig.

▪ Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. I'm happy to split the payment depending on the customers needs.
Usually I take 50% of the payment upfront and remaining 50% after finishing the commission but it's possible to split them further into 4 payments of 25% each.Art + rig requests count as two commissions and both can be separated into up to 4 payments.

▪ Are you comfortable drawing/rigging animal features/pets/mascots?

Yes. I have a lot of experience with drawing animals and I'm perfectly comfortable with more advanced animal/monster features and anatomy.

▪ Should I have my Vtuber Model art ready before applying?

Ideally yes.
I prefer having a finished model PSD attached to the application so I can check the cutting, although I'm okay with the model art being still in works, if the model artist has plenty of previous experience making vtuber models and working with riggers, so I can expect correct PSD preparation.

▪ Do you accept NSFW models?

Yes. NSFW work is not what I usually do, but I'm not opposed to it.
Please note that the total price will be multiplied x 1.5

▪ Do you work with Vtuber Agencies?

Yes. I'm happy to work with Indie Vtubers as well as Corporate.Please note that the total price of a corporate commissions is multiplied x 2 .

▪ Does lean rigging require extra layers?

No. I don't require any special cutting/layers to add the lean feature.

▪ Do you offer rigging updates to a model previously rigged by someone else?

No. I prefer to work on a model from scratch to ensure it is set up in a way that works with me and my workflow.
